Dr. Andrea Kövess-Bodó

Andrea has loved animals all her life, and has had a wide variety of pets since her childhood. After graduating from the University of Veterinary Medicine in November 2007, she started her career in January 2008 in a veterinary hospital, which was then a 24/7, high frequency operation. Andrea now has, by now, amassed 16 years of intensive professional experience. In 2013 she completed her advanced training as a Small Animal Veterinarian. Her first diploma thesis was on continuous glucose monitoring and insulin management in dogs, the second on the diagnosis and therapy of hyperthyroidism in cats. Andrea continues her training to keep up to date with the latest professional standards. She has been a valued member of the DogmoVet team since August 2024. She mainly performs outpatient, internal medicine, emergency cases, but also has plenty of experience in soft tissue and other surgical procedures.
